We offer the ideal facility and insider knowledge, whether you’re looking to enter the world of welding for your own hobbies or projects, or already have a basic understanding in welding. You may wish to refresh your mind and build your confidence by learning a few more tricks of the trade with no pressure.  Tutored by professional welding instructors dedicated to your learning, this course is purely for your skill progression and to teach the basic principals of welding.

This course is 100% practical from the moment you walk in the door, and no written work or exams are included.  We have a relaxed & friendly approach to training, and students all learn at their own pace.  We have small class size metal, all prepped before you arrive on your course, so no time is wasted cutting and prepping materials. Students get plenty of time to ask questions and specific one to one training to help you progress quicker. 

Our academy provides a number of different types and brands of welders, so that students can learn how different types of welders are used in different situations. We currently use a number of different manufacturers machines to train with, such as: Murex, Jasic, Parweld, Lincoln and Miller. If you have your own machine, we encourage students to bring them on their last day of training, once you have picked up the basics with our sets.  That way, we can help you set it up to get the best out of your welder!

These can all be tailored to your specific requirements, and metal thickness can be adjusted.

The course can be completed in the time you decide is best for you, as you can choose the number of days’ training you would like, depending on your experience and intentions.  Pricing is based on the number of days you choose and the standard you want to achieve.

Upon completion, the course comes with an in-house Certificate from our approved training centre, which proves that the students are able to: perform basic welding tasks, manage equipment to a competent standard and have a general understanding of safety procedures.
