Q: When will I have to pay for the course?
A: All of our courses must be paid for one week prior to the course start date.
Q: How can I pay for my course?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques or a bank transfer.
Q: What time does the course start and end?
A: We ask that you arrive each morning at 9 am for registration. Tea, coffee is available
throughout the day and there is a break for lunch. Courses end approximately at 4 30 pm
except when exams are being held.
Q: Is there any financial assistance available to help fund training?
A: Yes, for information on financial assistance to support your learning, please visit

Q: What accommodation is available?
A: There are a variety of hotels and B&B’s in the area. There is a list available to assist you
with your booking your stay.
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Nothing! We provide everything you need whilst you are being trained. This includes
documentation, tools and safety equipment. However a pen and a calculator you are
familiar with would be handy. Good aren't we?
Q: Can you cater for students with special requirements?
A: Yes, but as with all special requirements that differ from the norm, please make us ware
of your requirements and we will do our best to provide the appropriate support.
Q: “I’m getting on a bit” Is it like back to school and will I feel out of place?
A: Not at all. A large percentage of our learners are mature students simply keeping up to
date with current standards. Everybody is made to feel welcome in the centre.
